What can Professional Fair Visiting mean to you:

To start with, you first collect information on the fair you are going to visit, more in particular on the fair itself, on peripheral events, on congresses, and more in general on the branch of industry, the exhibitors, the products and brands offered, the target group of the trade fair, …

In the second place, you look for someone in your circle of acquaintances (customers, suppliers, network) who is active in the branch of industry of the trade fair, and you try to convince that person to visit the trade fair with you. When possible, you visit the exhibitors together; if not so, you both have your own agenda of appointments.

You consult upon the branch of industry, the fair and the exhibitors, the innovations and the ins and outs of the branch of industry. Being a good listener and being able (and daring) to ask the right questions is a must.

If so desired, you can afterwards visit each other’s company to test out together the remarks made during the fair visit in relation to the daily operation of your companies.
